- Speed and agility mechanics specific to fast bowlers, fielders and batters.
- Transition from off-season to in-season training
- Cricket specific strength, stability and power work to assist in bowling faster, hitting further and creating a better fielder.

Your Pre-Session Guidelines:
Wash your hands with water and soap before your training session.
Do not come to Acceleration if you have any cold/flu-like symptoms.
Please see your doctor immediately.
If you do attend with these symptoms you will be asked to leave and not attend until you are healthy. Your session will be marked as absent and not refunded/credited.
Bring your own Towel and Water Bottle.
Your In-Session Guidelines:
Use hand sanitiser regularly throughout the session (multiple locations of sanitisers available).
Lay on your own towel when you are on the floor, bench or mat.
Keep 1.5m Social Distancing when able to.
Use hand sanitiser upon exiting and wash your hands with soap before you leave.
Media Release Action:
Footage in the form of photographs and video may be taken during sessions to be used on Acceleration's social media and website.
